Looking to build out a pop-up shell. Looking for the quality of the Overland Explorer Camp-X, but in shell model only. Does a manufacturer exist? I know that OE currently doesn't offer one, and Bison Overland only makes flatbeds. Anybody else out there?

Moved Purchased a NOS aluminum rack which was the predecessor to FrontRunner. I believe the brand has "Outback" in the name but can't verify. Anyways the mounts that came with it are pictured below. Can anybody help with identifying them? I was told 80 series LC, but that is clearly incorrect.
