On my Zebra 71 they are bolted to the A-pillar so at least I can refasten them (had to do it a few times).

Photos of mid-sized vehicles - Post Here

We took Zebra 71 out for a drive and even off-road on Jebel Akhdar. (Still no overloading as the rental villa was too cheap to pass on...)

    IOS camping gear checklist app

I second this. We use the built-in Reminders app for shopping lists etc. and it's is shared between me and my wife. Works flawless.

Have A 2003 Kia Sorento 4x4 EX What To Do?

The 2003 Sorento is an old model but very solid. About the size and capability of the first-ten Toyota Fortuners. Good luck with your medical issues and may this car serve you well!

    *sold* F-250 Lariat 6.7 Diesel Tremor w/ OEV Camp-X (169k, Boise Idaho)

Apparantly, in some places in Idaho you can still buy a house for that sum. In San Diego you're lucky if you can buy a house below $1m

Gas vs Diesel Shootout in the Dunes & Sand

    - In Dubai, diesel is mostly seen as something for work trucks/lorries, used by laborers. So it's also a status issue. - Very little "overlanding" in Dubai but a lot of off-roading. Most people play in the sand aka trying to run their SUVs and trucks up as high as possible on the dunes. They...

Time for a New Truck--MPG is a Priority

Whoa...the new 2020+ Titan Pro-4x has serious potential...

True. “They lost value because they lost value”. At least they lost value before I bought them :p . But losing value and losing quality are two different things. Toyotas are expensive for two reasons, quality and branding/reputation. I don’t care much about branding/reputation. Back in 09, I...

Whoa...the new 2020+ Titan Pro-4x has serious potential...

This is exactly why I bought a 1-year old Kia Rondo in 2009 and a 3-year old 2018 Chevy trailblazer earlier this year. They are great cars in and of themselves lost and a lot of value in the first couple of years, and Toyotas with the same specs are out of budget.

Interesting take on vehicle modification Well at least the post made for interesting reading :p. I don't live in the States anymore and don't care much about the (lack of) regulations regarding modifications that are allowed on public roads...

    Interesting take on vehicle modification

I think in the US, the insurance company almost always pays out but... then they have to option to recover the money from the insured if there was a violation of the law or gross negligence etc. It's that way to make sure that the 3rd party is taken care of.

    Interesting take on vehicle modification

It's not a perfect article but I think a lot of it makes a lot of sense for the rigs we use as daily drivers.

Photos of mid-sized vehicles - Post Here

Spotted in my driveway – Zebra71. 2018 Chevrolet TrailBlazer LTZ Z71. Had to move out of the US to have access (logistically and financially) to some nice vehicles. (I passed on a 2018 Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero). Best parts, even apple parlay works with physical knobs and buttons, like all the...
