    Nice work. I like the magnet trick when drilling the axle housing. I used to have those flex stands for gauges, I never had much luck with them. Nothing beats a good mag base for a dial indicator You have done some really nice work, this truck will be damn near new when your done by the looks of it

    one thing I have done in the past is build a relocation cable port for the winch control. I have used the end that came with the winch controller and cut it off with the appropriate length of cable I needed I then plug it into the winch port then I wire the other end to a 4 pin round trailer...

    I run a tyt winch, amazon special. I think the rugcel is made in the same factory as my winch came with a rugcel winch shackle thimble. I have used it a few times now and its been fine, course its to recover other folks stuck so far not me cause I is chicken

    hmmm tough call. I know yukon makes a decent replacement carrier for that diff, if the gears are good and your not intrested in changing them the costs may balance out. Unless your getting a screaming deal on the 9.5 then ignore me
