The textured marine stuff cleans up easy, but it on a boat, you can use lots of water or pressure wash… not ideal for a camper interior. I’d definitely stick to something smooth. The commercial vinyl should be a great solution. It’ll be slip resistant and durable

Do a search for marine vinyl flooring… lots of cool options these days and you should easily be able to get a one-piece install as they use it for pontoons etc.

I would definitely sand bondo between coats… each step should get smoother and smoother as you fill in the imperfections. Otherwise, I can’t imagine spreading bondo over a rough bondo surface, you’ll end up with a half inch of the stuff

Check your local lumber yard or siding wholesaler… the guys the professionals get their materials from. We have a place here called darragh that sells everything besides concrete for that line of work and I believe they have some rigid foam options… ask for a discount and you may get one

My pop-up is in storage... when this sleet melts we plan to get it out and ready to sell so I’ll get some pics of how it works... it’s a lot like your sketch without the outer drip profile, seals on roof... lip on inside
If you can’t get custom break metal, you could stack two angles and seal...
Here’s how the CVT trailer seals up... notice the paint rub and inconsistent fit of the lid over the tub. I’d be sure you have some planned gap where things overlap for the inevitable occurrence when things rack so it will still shut without breaking something
