I went with Bilstien 6112 up front set at 1.9 inches, Bilstien 5160 in back stock height and 275 70 18 Falkens. Nice set up and good clearance. Noticeable improvement. $1400 for the suspension work and 1000 ish for the tires

I’m selling my Ram 3500 CCLB to downsize a bit. It was purchased new in Idaho in 2017 and has been a California truck since. It was used to haul my camper and is set up with torque lift fame mounted camper tie downs. Here are few of the other features 6.7 Cummins G56 6 speed manual...

Truck Suggestions? Let's hear your TC hauler thoughts!

I have a 2017 RAM 3500 CCLB G56 Cummins. It’s been a great truck, mileage isn’t the greatest but the power and the exhaust brake make the deal for me. I get 12-14 with the camper and 17.5 unloaded. That is pushing 75-80 though on the freeways. If you go RAM consider they Idaho dealers, you can...

Loved my ‘13 Tacoma, will I love a new 4Runner?

Upper A arms might be in the future. I was still able to get it back into factory specs but it feels a little more squirrelly up front, not bad but slightly noticeable. The ICON was good stuff but at 2.5 times the cost not worth it compared to the way the Bilstiens ride. I certainly don’t bomb...

Ya it’s longbed tradesman. Been a great truck. I struggled with the short bed question but really like how the longbed rides on the highway. We do a lot off road and it hasn’t been a issue, just a few more 3 point turns

You know we’ve never extended the side or rear anwning. Part of it is that is just so high up, and i guess part laziness. When we find camp in the evening I usually just hang out on the shade side, its tall enough to cast quite a shadow. In hindsight I would have passed on the awnings, they...

    HELP! Power wagon or Cummins?

If you plan on a slide in camper consider the 3500. It has leaf's not coils and a much larger payload. I got a 3500 Cummins with the G56 and love it. The power wagon is awesome but limited on payload.
