I'm still running my 2002 e250 oem shocks 0n pleasureway travererse e250. I had already read on my rear leaves and put on moog 880s coils but my shocks are done now I think..

2008 brakes good idea. I have 4wh discs and and had it all redone with new lines and calipers and better rotors which made a huge difference.. The larger brakes must be really nice and important for a heavier build.
Your shop does not sound very good. I had cc880s put on my 2002 e250 5.4 . They used adjustable camber bushings and got my alignment no problem. My build is a pleasure way travererse pop top same wright as yours. I had a leaf added in my rear and 1 inch riser on the rear. Sits flat fully...
The 880's should be great for a 4.6 van. Just get adjustable castor bushings. The alignment shoud be no problem. I would get your rear leaves refurbed, ie new pads and or a another leaf if your are sagging. When I went with the 880s(e350 vers) coils on my e250 I got 2.25 lift out of it. I also...
Well I'm still on my 880s coils with 5.4.
I managed to fit 265/75/16 in .
I don't mind the stiffer ride as I'm used to driving 25000lb mobile kitchen in the film industry.
The rear leaf I added with a custom inch block seems to work really well and as well.
My alignment is still perfect as well.
