More trail clearing but on the 4th (off course the biggest) the 650 was binding. This was damp sticky wood so a wedge cut was made on the side with compression and then two side by side cuts on the hanging side which resulted in a 1/4" slice.
I got close to buying the lift Primitive makes but still wouldn't copensate for the gear/fuel I want to carry. Allot of the old roads I expore are only kept open with ATVs so I've decided that a used Tacoma would be best. One that I don't need to worry about branches dragging down the sides.
Yeah I'll admit I've arrived at the campground and didn't pay attention to 20++ amp load on the battery meter unit the next morning......think of all the propane I saved:)
Being grossly oversize on solar& batteries (alarm set at 11.9V didn't go off) plus the extra 1" of insulation...
Guess I'm a little confused. I was thinking several would be produced (enought to fill 1or 2 40' containers vs. what I've seen before is 1 model is produced and shipped it in a partially filled 20' or 40' container.
People at Dinosaur Electroncis could answer the question regarding sine wave but all I used are sine wave inverters so there is no worries about plugging anything in.
Two years ago I bought our 600W Prowatt Xantrex with remote for $180.00 on sale.....98%...
May depend on the fridge. Our 8cuft has 300W@120V element.
On 120V while driving down the road the fridge draw 22-25A of 12VDC through the inverter. I installed a separate 120V circuit off a 600W inverter for the fridge.
We have a 2020 OB.
I love the capabilities off road but any weight added takes a chunk out of the ground clearance.
I've gone from wanting to add a RTT to just carrying a backpack along with my 3lb Scarp II tent.
Keep an eye on the Lithium when the temp drops...take the cupboard door off or leave it open. RV trailers are famous for having freeze temps inside closed cupboards while the inside of the trailer is 60-70F.
......and I won't run a buddy heater inside ....even if you paid me to :).
Absorption technology hasn't changed in 50 years. If the refrigerator is not level the boiler runs hot and possibly overheat. Running the unit while it is hot/overheating causes sodium chromate (prevent ammonia from corroding the inside of the steel tubes) particles to crystallize and to...
OFF or Repel that have lemon eucalyptus extract. It needs to be re-applied often and doesn't work on ticks.
Permetherin (different sources) we use it on pants and socks. It DOES NOT get applied to skin.
CarePlus - 20% Icaridin. I spray it on my shirt (hoodie), hat and then put some on my...
Not that you're running on it but checker plates is really slippery when it gets wet. It helps to sand the tops of the checker with 40grit paper.
Might try rare earth magnets on the outside of the alum rather than snaps.
Every RV I've looked at would fail inception for not having wire secured properly.
....thinking about it the last Motorhome I looked at had the wire for the AC laying on the 1/8" Luan so a screw or staple could be driven into the wire.
