Another ambulance electrical dilemma

Good morning to all. Just bought a 2003 ford e450 ambulance to convert into a camper. It was made by Medtec. My main issue is that there are no switch in the driver seats for cab and house but there is a Commander 300 which is a 5 minutes shut off timer. My problem is after the 5 minutes the only thing working in the ambulance are the fluorescent. I tried to put continues 12volts to the inverter connector ignition tab. Now I have 120v but cannot turn anything else on like outdoor flood light. Also Anyone knows where to find the AC panel? I checked behind seats, in house, nowhere to be found. Any help on where to start would be very appreciated.
