It must include the 'Mr. Fusion' and 'Flux Capacitor' mods, OR is it winter of 2020 already?

It certainly looks well built, and from the specs, very well equipped. Lot of high-end stuff. Heck, the AC unit is over $4k. It certainly seems like a good deal for a fully equipped, ready to go, and 'tested' truck. I hope someone on the Expo Portal buys it, or the owners stop by, it would be nice to hear a review of all the systems.

For when the Craigslist ad goes away, here is the info from the ad.

The truck was built during the winter of 2019 to carry our family of 4 on an adventure from Alaska to Argentina. We spared no expense and constructed what turned out to be the perfect overland travel vehicle for our needs. We lived full time in this truck for 12 months and travelled from Fairbanks Alaska throughout the continental US and all around southern South America including Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and back! We had only 2 minor mechanical issues (oil pressure sensor and air bag) over the course of 12 months and 30,000 miles. The vehicle is completely self-sufficient and requires no “hook ups” or typical RV facilities. With only minor preparations this vehicle is ready to take you and your family anywhere in the world safely and comfortably, and at a fraction of the cost of an Earth Roamer or built out Sprinter.
Truck:
2006 Kodiak C4500 with Trivan cab-over 17’ insulated box 130,000 miles (changes daily)
Duramax 6.7L LLY diesel Engine
Allison 2000 series automatic transmission
NV273 Transfer Case (Electronic 4x4 engage)
Kelderman 2 stage front air suspension
Kelderman 4 link rear air suspension with HD drag links
Air Lift 3H electronic air control system with dual air compressors and two 3 gallon air tanks (can also be controlled via iPhone app)
Kelderman Alpha series steel winch bumper
Warn 16.5 ti winch with synthetic line
4-Rigid E series pro LED lights
Custom aluminum underbody storage boxes
Outbound insulated windows with armor plates (custom from Holland)
RVLock keyless entry door handle
Dometic 9500 15’ remote controlled awning
Continental MPT81 335/80R20 tires
Military Steel “MRAP” beadlock wheels
Custom aluminum storage lift/back porch

Mechanical:
The truck spent 2 weeks with Muscle Shoals Diesel Service in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. While there we inspected every mechanical component on the truck and as a precaution decided to delete the EGR system and replace the following with new OEM (AC Delco) parts
Fuel pump
Water pump
Alternator
AC compressor and lines
Serpentine belt
All fluids and filters were changed at this time
The engine runs perfectly and has plenty of power for the truck. In 30,000 miles across North and South America we averaged 11 MPG.

Electrical:
We chose to use Victron components for our electrical system. The system performs flawlessly and between the battery combiner and our solar panels we have NEVER ran a generator or used shore power. The batteries have never dropped below 50% capacity even after days parked in the shade.
4- LG Solar 365W NeONR black frame solar panels (Total of 1,460 watts)
2- Victron 300 ah LiFePO4 batteries (total of 600 Ah of lithium power)
Victron BVM-712 battery monitor
Victron Color Control GX
Victron VE Bus BMS, Battery protect
Victron Cyrix Li-ion combiner (This allows the batteries to be charged by the alternator while driving)
Mk3-USB interface

Plumbing:
The truck has full plumbing and performs like a small apartment. The following components provide the ability to live anywhere on the road with the comforts of home. Because of the water purification system we were able to fill our freshwater tank from a variety of sources (including streams) and never once had an issue with drinking water quality.
Wet bathroom with Shower
Maxx Air 7500k fan
Seaward 6 gallon water heater (water is heated by the vehicle antifreeze while driving)
Viqua VT4 Copper series UV sterilization system
Culligan carbon/sediment 10 micron filter
Aquatec 5501-V77DUL variable speed water pump 4GPM
Thetford C402X cassette (With this toilet there is no black water tank to dump. The waste is stored in a small and portable tank than can be dumped in a bathroom toilet or in road side outhouses. We used this toilet as a family of 4 full time with zero issues)
Daewoo DWD-35MCRCR mini drum washing machine
52 gallon freshwater tank
30 gallon greywater tank

HVAC:
Since we planned to travel through a variety of climates, our goal was to have a consistent level of comfort even in weather extremes. We experienced 33 degrees F in Ushuaia Argentina and well over 100 degrees F in Georgia and at all times were able to live comfortably in the vehicle.
Cruise’n’comfort HD-12L Split A/c system
HD dual fan condenser upgrade
Planar 44D diesel heater

Kitchen/Dining:
ISOTHERM Cruise 200 fridge/freezer
Duo Mini induction cooktop
Full sink
LG Hi-MACS countertop
Dining table is mounted on a removable swivel base

Bedding:
The truck is currently configured to sleep 2 adults and 2 children (8 & 11). It features a Signature sleep 6” memory foam queen mattress mounted on “Happi-jac” bed lift above the dining area. The kids beds are located in the front of the cab-over and are custom sized mattresses. If needed, the dining seating can be converted to additional sleep space for 2 more adults.
It is with great difficulty that we sell our "home", but it has served us well and been a fantastic tool for our family to experience the world. We are in a new phase of our lives, and the vehicle is ready for a new family and new adventures! Please only serious and financially capable buyers!

I've been in contact with the Seller. Initially conversations have gone well, waiting on more pictures and a video walk-thru.
We really like the layout and the drop-down bed, just gives so much more storage above the cab.

Only concern we have is the fresh and grey tanks are mounted between the frame rails and are not insulated, seller mentioned to make this rig capable of below freezing temps we would need to add tank heaters and sprayfoam. Any other ideas, having the fresh water tank outside kind of limits how much "arctic" camping you can do.

This is a nice truck. I too spoke with the owner (super nice guy). He seems like a pro and has the truck dialed in. Here are the questions I asked in case anyone is thinking the same things:

1. Is the plumbing 4-seasons?
No it is not. The tanks are mounted to the frame rails.

2. Does it have more than 2 seat belts?
No the kids rode in the habitation box while driving. He said they drove slow and steady and very carefully.

3. Super singles?
Yes -- you can see in the photo buy just wanted to ask. Military grade wheels. Tires at 50% life w 30k miles on them.

4. Lift gate on back info
Works, but needs to be tweaked. Not ideal to use everyday up and down as he said it operates on 2-pulleys and can be finicky. Better served as a back porch and spare tire carrier at the moment.

5. Habitation box
He bought the truck with the box already mounted on it. Trivan made the box as an Arctic ready mobile office. 4" thick insulated walls. The box is bolted directly to the frame and cab. There is no subframe. Owner said without the upgraded air suspension there was no articulation. Now he said there is descent articulation but the truck was not built to rock crawl, more to just handle really rough roads.

6. Storage boxes on side of the truck
About 18" deep.

7. Total length of truck
He wasn't sure but he said somewhere around 26 feet and definitely under 30 feet.

8. Construction
The build was done by him and a group of his buddies that all specialize in various trades.

9. Roof storage
Roof is pretty full of solar but there is room for a cargo rack. He says surfboards and sand ladders etc should be mounted to the side of the truck.

Love the specs on this build. Finally a build with a cruise n comfort AC unit. Always wanted to see one in a rig. Wonder why the fresh/grey are mounted outside. But they camped in freezing weather according to the ad. So they must not have frozen?
