Pretty sure it's a launch pad for a miniature rocket.

Pretty sure when zoomed in, it is a "OneUp" bike rack 'hitch' adapter mounted to a Frontrunner slimline roof rack, and I think has some Kayak mounts attached,, maybe they run that in a rear hitch to carry kayaks? ?

Yes Sold! Gary & Donna bought it from www.AirBoatUSA.com She's called "WeUS now! We could not tell it from new when we picked her up. He took great care in making her stay in new condition... Lots of improvements - Lithium, over a thousand amps with 4kw Inverter and 200 amp charger to name a few... very happy at this point - Just need to buy a Polaris Rzr to put in the back - he kept his.
