If some of the 'SIX' are children, don't forget that there is lots of room in the crewcab. The front 2 place passenger seat has a 'flip-up' feature to allow access to storage underneath. So it is fairly easy to adapter to flip around (my plan when camping in flatbed RZR hauling mode). I can sleep in my cab (6'4"), so a couple of kids could fit with no issues. Just a thought.

How they look in a flatbed configuration.

With a flatbed camper (mine is from a Unimog) Yup, it needs a roof rack and the camper painted to blend the cab and camper together

Here are some 'internet photos' of campers on C4500 doublecabs if it is any help. (Click for full-size)

That’s really helpful thank you.

I have to admit, I like the looks of that C4500/Northstar I posted. Those custom aluminum boxes are very cool to tie the truck and camper together. But I'm betting the utility box could be cut to achieve pretty much the same thing?
