2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Series 200 - What to Do?

Hi all - I just purchased my dream vehicle, a 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser, only 47,000 miles!! While I know the vehicle is very capable stock, I was really hoping y'all could provide me some must do upgrades.

My background - fairly novice to Overlanding, so please not only give your thoughts of what kind of upgrade, but the why and type behind it, and keeping $$ in mind. I already broke the bank buying the vehicle.

My initial thoughts are starting with the suspension, tires, then moving to a rack and armor. I have a X1 - Patriot Camper, so no need of in vehicle storage or sleeping options. But clueless on types/brands outside of the big marketing companies.

Super excited to start building this beauty!! Thanks in advance!!

First of all, thats an amazing vehicle and hope you get to enjoy it. Nothing will protect your vehicle more than working on "the nut behind the wheel" as they say, in other words some knowledge for you. Depending where you are in Idaho, https://bb4wa.com/ with Bill Burke would be a great resource, or https://www.threeamigosoffroad.com/ 3 Amigos offroad (Mike, Will, and Dan) are another great resource. They can tailor a driving experience for you and show you all the different aspect of the truck, capability in different terrain and obstacles, and vehicle preservation.
I am sure there might be others but those two I know won't let you down. Stay safe and enjoy one of the best 4WD vehicles in the planet.
