Hey Guys,

I’m looking for options on Roof Racks for my GMC Savana. What is everybody running on their vehicles. Pics please

Sorry, I have no pics, but got a smoking deal on the ARB rack mounts for a Hummer that work just fine. I used some hardwood for the cross bars and they are doing the job.

Found one. I currently just have a 100W panel up there but will be mounting my Foxwing as soon as the brackets are made. Eventually a kayak will be up there as well.
I get a bit of wind noise from it so will be looking at some type of spoiler for the front bar.20180210_163500.jpg

I have a Kargo Master Bushmaster safari rack on mine with Gamiviti rain guttern mounts. Actually I have two that I pieced together so its almost full length. Its aluminum and steel so relatively light and pretty well made. I've only had it on for a few months but so far so good and a good value. Note that the Kargo Master gutter mounts aren't long enough to work on our vans with this rack. I had to go with the Gamiviti ones to get the length needed. I'll try and snap a photo some time today.

I’m running Thule racks on my penthouse top and gutter mount Thule for the front rack.

Weldtec Designs makes/sells a nice rooftop cargo rack.

Here are some shots I grabbed yesterday of mine. Hopefully my photography skills haven't rendered them totally useless and you can get an idea of what it looks like.

I recently purchased this ARB rack. It’s a 9’10 rack. The only issue is Arb doesn’t make a specific kit to mount it. Smittybuilt has this gutter mounts I was hoping to make work. Any input if you guys have would be great. I might have to have something made up by my welders at work.

I had a similar rack I borrowed from a friend and that rack was from an 89 Land Cruiser and worked great. This is the previous rack on my van.

Pretty sure you can drill into, and through bolt those lips. Contractors do it all of the time for ladders and pipe. (If you want to DIY it)

I figure I will have to DIY it. The rack and the ladder are the missing links to the van.
