Good guess, but no... Power steering pump for the win. Mine has been going downhill for the last several months and has been brutal to drive. Quite a workout! Hopefully will be going in this weekend.

Bad news, the large claw comes with a 3" ball: Well that's not going to work. After calling RAM I was able to order a replacement 1" ball. $7, nice! Shipping $20 😒. Got the new ball in today:
