I'm back with an update. We attended overland expo west in part to see what the stove offerings were. Slightly disappointing as it was only butane only offerings other than the cook partner.
We ended up with the single burner cook partner. So far, it's just OK. I like how indestructible it...
I have a Viair compressor brand new still in the plastic that I purchased when we had our sprinter. Never used it. We have a smaller van now so I've replaced it with a much smaller compressor for our needs. Asking $250obo.

Stock motor. Haven't been great at consistently keeping track of mileage but so far I'm guessing 10ish? Just got a scan gauge hooked up to hopefully remind me to keep an eye on it.

I just caught up on all the replies. We're still in Baja so I'm still in research mode before pulling the trigger. In the meantime we picked up a small Truper Expert butane/propane stove in La Paz to get us through. I like it and man does it boil water fast. We haven't been able to connect...
Done. As someone living full time in a small van overlanding I'd say weight and durability are both important to us!
We were overweight in our last van, haven't weighed this one yet but we want room for toys and stuff that lasts since we use it literally every day.
There is a slight design flaw with the way the copper tubing attaches at a 90 degree angle to the flow knob. We were having issues with the flow knob stopping the flow of propane after we shut the stove down...on two occasions the knob backed out of position and propane was flowing out for a...
