    Campfire container for restricted areas

Awesome work right there buddy. Would be great on the river. Bookmarking this. Been using this Behrens drain pans, two of them, for a fire pan setup camping and on the rivers. Multiple configs, side by side for larger parties. One pan for coals and cooking, the other for fire. Put rocks under...

    Oru Designs Campers

Thanks. The big one: enough room where you can leave your bedding up top?

Harker Outdoors EDC pop-up wedge camper

I don't get all the hate. More work for more space. Still infinitely easier and faster than a ground tent. Whatever. Seems to be constructed well. I see so reason why it wouldn't hold up. Wind gets bad enough drop the roof. Same with other designs.

    Four Wheel Camper Title?

You must like paying sales tax.

To Pop Up or not to Pop Up?

You've hit most of the pros and cons. I'll ad that a hard side is so much quieter. Especially for urban camping. Or in campgrounds the the ever present buzz of generators and SXS maggots. Limits where you can go. Weight is higher up so more sway. Also not garageable.

    1967 Chevy K20, 8.1L, 4l80e, NP205 Dana 60, project truck

Drool worthy project rig. And yes, that drivetrain is worth the price alone. Love the underappreciated 8.1 Vortec. Absolute beast of a motor. I'm probably worse at project truck than you so GLWTS.

    Friggin love that rig. Classic.

    Locker or manual lockout hubs

Sounds like you've got a very heavy rig. Front locker can be very valuable. With that much weight you can prevent damage to your rear dif, drive lines and pretty much all of your running gear. It also allows you to go slower and not need "momentum" over obstacles. Spreads the load out. Not much...

Portable Propane water heater inside RV

Nonsense. You are being obtuse. Other than your rather dismissive post: "624÷320,000,000=?%. CO death paranoia is low on my priority list." "Anytime someone mentions the word propane, everyone suddenly dies all the time. The guy wants to heat some water - not run the car in the garage and take...

Portable Propane water heater inside RV

I can't believe there are people in this thread saying "just go for it" when it comes to running a 30k BTU LPG burner in an enclosed space. That irresponsible and stupid. And I'll call it out every time. Don't do it. Period.
