Thank you! I'll look for the grommet for the third taillight. It just isn't as pliable as it seems it ought to be anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Very good primer! You just about distilled the entire collective knowledge of this thread into a single post. One question for all you with experience with these, I've got some pretty annoying rear leaks, that don't seem to be from the same place. I've chased one that I suspect is the roof rack...

I'm enjoying my 2006 2500LT. 6.0 4L80E We've gotten some late snowfall here in the Sierra Nevada so we've been exploring a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'd actually rather put a duramax and Allison in my burb honestly. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I actually researched that too just before buying my burb. The excursion guys all bemoan the electrics, which are completely different on the gas and diesel versions, requiring complete harnesses rerun. Also motor mounts, cross members, and then the whole emissions fiasco required by Ca made it...

I looked at a few. They command prices around $15k with mileage at 250k and above. A coworker of mine bought one three months ago and is replacing the transmission and the turbo now. Of the ones I've seen the interiors are shot besides ring a bit dated. They are getting older and while I...

Is that what were supposed to do? I don't think I've got enough planned to make it thread worthy. I was planning on keeping it here as a central "all rounder suburban" thread since that's why were all here. There's plenty of full size trail hammer threads out here. Keep the Faith! Throwbacks...

Thanks for checking it out. I'm not sure a full float was even available in a suburban that late. I'm very happy with it. I may add a back up camera after I do trailer mirrors and see if I need it. It's mamas new daily and thogh she had no problems with a ram1500 quad cab the rear visibility...

Okay. I'll pull the hub cap and look later. I checked codes and I do have the 4:10 gears and gov locker. Happy camper for sure. I'm guessing I have the semi float rear end but will cjnfirm later. I can finally post again, I'll try photos. Keep the Faith! Throwbacks MC...

I'm extremely happy with it. Very clean interior, some little body dings here and there rides very well. Very solid feel too. What code am. I looking for on the glove box list? I saw the list there but not sure what to look for. Also, it has the boxier rear diff casting so I'm guessing full...
