The Wildplanet Off Road MAN TGM 13.290 had it's first test drive over the weekend. Placed it on the weight bridge and surprising it came in well below it's max weight. The final wet weight is estimated at 12.2 tonnes.

Looking at their web site they have spent a huge amount of resources on design and engineering.

Hi Smontic, The truck looks fantastic. I will follow you build with interest as I about to start a build on a MAN 13.290 TGM. I'm very interested to see the 3 point torsion free sub frame connection. Can you post some photo's showing the position of each pivot point and dimensions of the pivot...

Have you discussed this issue with your MAN dealer ?. Your bracket may resolve the problem. Let us know they perform after your upcoming trip to the west
