JKU Modular Hard Top with Frontrunner Rack

Guys, I'm planning on selling my Jeep so I thought that I'd post my @jscherb inspired modified top here first. I utilized a Frontrunner rack so that I could leave the top on and take the back and sides off. I converted the rack to the shorter style, but have the parts to make it the full rack...

    Intech RV

I have a Smittybilt generator that I use. It's 2600 max / 2300 continuous. I did add a soft start to the A/C because the compressor wouldn't start every time. Now it works great.

    cargo area storage cover mods/ideas

I cut my factory one with a jig saw when I built my fridge slide. It works great, but I don't plan on selling. Also after @jscherb convinced me to take a cut off wheel to the hard top, its a lot easier to cut up less visible things.

I hadn't thought about the rollup windows and their zipper strips working as a drip rail. I would be more likely to attempt that instead of redoing the flanges. Thanks!

Converting a factory JK/JKU hardtop to modular

One regret that I have from doing my top was not thinking to add a drip rail. My Jeep has been through a couple of thunder storms now with the side and rear panels off and its not too bad but some water does drip inside. My finished product is pretty ugly so one day I might redo it and add drip...

Barn Door for JK factory hardtops

That's what I was thinking, ordered this one yesterday : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NALJOWF/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_P7k4FbNQ6JG9A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and a rv sink drain.

Any leads on where to source just that sink? I can't find a collapsible one with a good drain/stopper that also has a good lip for dropping in a cutout like this.

Starting from scratch: How to haul and camp w/ 4 dirt bikes and people?

Have you looked at the Intech Discover? https://www.intechrv.com/models/flyer/discover/ It would be a bit for the Jeep, but might be possible if lightly loaded for jeep trips.

Best way to secure a Max Coupler hitch when leaving the trailer in camp for the day

I pull the max coupler out of the trailer and slide in a blank receiver hitch cover in and use my locking pin through the cover. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P437WE/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_ePSXFbZRN24B5

It's the frontrunner rack. The only modification that I made to the rack to make it work was to add spacers between the bracket and inside of the roof to keep the height just right.

Thank you! Yeah, I really like how clean it looks. Yes, I squirted some of the 6ten epoxy into the gaps where it had pulled apart and it's holding good. It's been on for almost 3 months and only one more small section peeled back, so I'll shoot some epoxy into it before I put it back together.

Well it's done finally... kinda. I got the wrong black paint and I will eventually clean up the inside where I had to go back and add epoxy under the flanges. But I love it! Thank you @jscherb for the instructions and help along the way!

Thanks, yeah I used the smc all resin. I sill have some 6 ten epoxy and one more mixing tip so I'll give that a shot. I'll just spray some white paint on it if I end up with some visible resin. Thanks again!
