    I think most panel breaks are from removing them and leaning them up against something to face the sun then having the wind blow them over on rocks and such. Never heard of one being broken while up top. I have had one on my flippac for over a year 24/7 and have not had a problem in any city...

    Looks like you scrapped that one. I appreciate the pics. Helps me to see whats going on in there. If you happen to open up the lid I would like to see what they did in between the inner and outer skins. I know there is some kind of foam in there from drilling through it.

    They are a kit Demillo used to sell, weld them up yourself. They were very reasonable and they may still offer them but im not sure.
