    Gladiator with Four wheel camper?

The Gladiator Rubicon package has a payload of 1200lbs, a short bed Swift camper is typically below 1000lbs depending on options. A Swift shell with zero options comes in just shy of 800lbs, add a few options and you can still keep it under 1000. We'll see if they offer a full blown camper that...

    Gladiator with Four wheel camper?

Chet here is correct, I work for an FWC dealer and there is not a Gladiator camper currently available other than the AT Overland options as far as I'm aware, maybe there is something else out there? Plans are in the works though. FWC will have to produce a camper specifically for the Gladiator...

Jeep Gladiator 'Farout' Is The Ultimate Family Camping Truck

As long as the Habitat bed (mattress) length is the same as the rest of the Habitat options, this should give you the opportunity to sleep 2 up. With the optional additional bed panels, you can sleep 4 adults in most Habitat configurations. This would put 4 up top for sleeping and retain the...

Jeep Gladiator 'Farout' Is The Ultimate Family Camping Truck

What am I missing, why can't you use it in the South East? What's unique to the South East camping environment that makes this set up less functional?

JEEP JLU RUBICON ECO DIESEL AFTERMARKET SUSPENSION OPTIONS / EVO PURCHASE REGRET

I think this probably comes down to the fact that the term "overland" was used as a marketing tool in the Evo lift kit description and it was false advertising when it comes down to the nitty gritty aspects of the kit. The spring rates, shock valving, etc, should have been looked into before...

    Chip Foose Draws an XJ!!!

I loved seeing some XJ love, especially from Chip Foose. We all have different preferences but I liked his take on things while trying to keep the look iconic. I do feel like it pretty much resembled a 2 door ZJ, which I'm down with.

    1996-1997 Orvis Parts

I would check out Jeep Forum, NAGCA.org (if it still exists) and some of the various Grand Cherokee Facebook groups. You may have better luck using those resources. Alternatively, use Search Tempest to search nationwide Craigslist listings. Good luck!

Need help fine tuning XJ leaf springs for added weight/accessories

Wow, thanks for the in depth response here. Lots more to springs and spring rates than I knew. Sounds like my lack of bump stops have exacerbated my spring issues. The OME leafs have generally been great, no complaints until I've added the tire carrier, rack and tent. I am not going to bother...

Need help fine tuning XJ leaf springs for added weight/accessories

I totally understand your thoughts on the tent. The tent is absolutely what put this Jeep over weight. I've run various roof top tents over the last few years but the rack + the heavy tent are an extra 300lbs (ish) and that is what I'm trying to work around. I love the RTT set up, its convenient...

Need help fine tuning XJ leaf springs for added weight/accessories

Thanks for the in depth reply. The more I think about it, the more I'm confident that I have inverted these springs on trips where we're towing or heavily loaded. I snapped a few of the factory bump stop bolts when trying to swap them out and I haven't had rear bump stops in a few years. I bet...

Need help fine tuning XJ leaf springs for added weight/accessories

Hello my fellow ExPo Jeep fanatics, Hope you're all staying healthy and getting lots of Jeep projects knocked out! As my Cherokee gets closer and closer to having most major modifications addressed (HA!), I'm finding myself in need of some leaf spring tuning. The Jeep has changed a bit over...

TJ/LJ Adjustable Control arms with no Heim Joint?

I'd also recommend Core 4x4, they're a local business out here in Utah and I've had good experiences running their lower control arms and track bar system on my XJ. They can offer rubber at both ends or JJ, whatever you prefer.
