Love my 03 AC. I plan to remove the bed and replace it with a frp composite pod hard side poptopper. 8 X 5 X 4 pops up to 8. Should only add less than 150lbs once bed is replaced Kevin

    Chinese Trailer - NJStar Explorer

One thing also I had polyurea spray machine come in and the crate got flagged. Everyone in that crate had to share the expense of the 2nd inspection and fortuntatly there were like 10 orders in it. Would have sucked if it was just a few Kevin

Balancing bed length, truck length, and camper overhang

You could always slant it to get the 2 feet. It could be seating or storage. I am building a hard sided poptopper pod for a client 14 on the floor slanted to 16 over all length. The slant lower will hold his fishing poles exterior and above a full wall of storage for the inside. Kevin

Great build but you did all the nice carbon and now you are painting it? With all the infusion do you have that many flaws that is noticeable? Seems like a overkill of your time for layers of paint and clear on camper that will get scratched eventually Kevin
