I will forever look at photos such as these and ask myself “how does this happen?” Hopefully someone with deep, deep pockets will come along and save at least one of these buckets.

Have not seen (here or national news) any information as to how Baja California faired regarding flooding from the latest hurricane/tropical storm. Anyone have any first person accounts to share? My travel experiences south suggest it must have been significant.
