    99-04 ford front axle rebuild.

If you can spring for the Dynatrac Ball joints, they are the best. They will take the most abuse if running a larger tire size and you can rebuild them without pressing them out. For seals I used all spicer stuff. The outer axle seal I think they call it will need a special tool to pound it...

Building a Light Weight Low Profile Roof Rack

Yeah I was going to try to drill a cutout where you could drop in carriage bolts but it didn't work well. So I put a bolt on each side for a eye nut and added some in the back for boxes that will be tied down. Its not too hard to add some more if you need too. And tapping all those ends...

Building a Light Weight Low Profile Roof Rack

Looks good, I just did basically the same thing for my camper shell. 1/4 aluminum and 80/20. With 7 1x2 bars at 57 inches and all the mounts and rails it came out to 50 lbs Here are a few pics

    ExPo's 2000 7.3 Excursion Build

I have always ran Amsoil 15-40, Ive read about people having leaks with the 5w and other people who love it so I just stuck with the 15w. I dont run any Fuel additives but do put in some Injector stuff from Amsoil every know and then. Thats crazy that you have your ebpv kicking on, first...

    ExPo's 2000 7.3 Excursion Build

The shortbed trucks only have a 30 and but you can only put in 25 Gallons, but if you cut down the filler tube (Part of the hutch and harpoon mod)on the inside you can fit over 30. Yeah the EX's have a nice big tank. long beds have 40 as well.

    ExPo's 2000 7.3 Excursion Build

Ive never seen a setting on the list called fuel sipping.. But yes I have an old programmer and its only goes up to 35" tires and i Figured out that i was 7% off according to mile markers or something close to that. I dropped the fuel tank and cut the line to get more fuel into the tank. I...

    ExPo's 2000 7.3 Excursion Build

Which setting do you use on the freeway? I use the 100 performance and keep it under 2k which is about 71 for me with my almost 37inch Falkens and 3.73. I get around 17.5 on long freeway cruises. Truck is close to 9klbs. We also have a 01 Excursion in the family with 35's and stock gears, no...

    Project "Autonomous" F-350

That is some cool paint, thanks for the link. I painted my bumpers with 2 stage poly and they have held up well. I hit my F250 bumper on something and pulled it right back out no cracks. Stock bumper of course. I also see your Falkens are looking like slicks like mine.

    Vehicle mounting solution

I just picked up the same tablet as well, I was going to use a spare go pro suction cup mount, then I found a $6 helmet adapter that will attach to a sticky pad to the back of the tablet so it can easily be removed. At least that is my plan so far.. I also have a Mob Armor Mob-x which is...

"Dirty Deb" My 95 Dodge Cummins Build & Adventures

Wheels and tires look great, I am going to make the same style 80/20 rack for the camper shell here soon, was going to use the 1 x 2 extrusion, and some 3/8 or 1/4 thick 3 inch flat stock aluminum, I figured I would need about 7 crossbars for 6 ft of rack.

"Dirty Deb" My 95 Dodge Cummins Build & Adventures

Nice rig you picked up, its nice to see someone giving some love to an older truck, The long bed will give you plenty of room for sure, Im running the same sleeper setup in my shortbed f350, still plenty of room for me and my wife to sleep in. Im with you on the no setup when you get to the...

    Silverado Expedition Truck

Nice setup, I like the bluetooth setup you made with the tablet. How did that husky box work out on the roof, I was thinking of using a couple on my next trip.
