    Questions for Australian travel

Don't worry, I have no intentions of bringing any sketchy items with me, I have enough luck with airport security as it is. I'm usually the lucky winner for random searches.

    Questions for Australian travel

I'd like the think the weather wouldn't stop me too much, but I might be biting my tongue on that one later. Unfortunately, as it stands now, I have limited time and only a particular time I can be there. If the weather prevents me from travelling certain places, so be it. I'm not going to...

    Questions for Australian travel

That Gumtree website is pretty handy to snoop through! I'm eyeing up vehicles more along the lines of this though: http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/mulgoa/cars-vans-utes/toyota-landcruiser/1096719772 You know, you always want what you can't have. I don't have easy access to something like this...

    Questions for Australian travel

Judging by this, Queensland looks like an easy place......as it seems the seller has to have the safety done in order to sell it. Unless I'm reading it all wrong?? Victoria looks pretty simple too.... And of course, Western Australia doesn't require annual safety. Trouble, now, is that I'm...

    Questions for Australian travel

Thanks for that response, sorry I just didn't want to quote all of that text again.....but you're response is helpful already! I wasn't aware of annual inspections. What's the deal with new vehicles? Say if I were to buy a new motorcycle right from a dealer? I'm not likely able to afford a...

    Questions for Australian travel

I hope I'm posting this in an appropriate area for what I'm about to ask, I figured this is where I would get more responses from Australians and less interruptions from others. Long story short, I have a 1 year work/travel visa for Australia. Some of my situations at home have changed since I...

    2017 Super Duty

Looks are a matter of personal opinion, but I have to say that is one of the ugliest trucks I have seen from Ford yet. Never been a fan of Ford's looks, but they do get some things right. Haven't really heard a bad word yet about their 6.7 diesel, and they sure are nice and quiet......although...

    Quick Disconnect Dual Battery

Lenco welding cable connectors. Might be a tad overkill and bulky though.....

if you havent ridden the ducati scrambler yet, you should.

I was eyeing these bikes up for a while now. I wanted to go try one out when they had their demo days in Edmonton, but I just couldn't make it. Haven't heard many complaints about them other than the wait times to get them initially. They seem to be selling quite well all over though! I've...

    1st Generation Toyota 4Runner's.....

I love the Softopper as well, but mine has clear windows and they seem to be permanently filthy. Try to clean them, but they just get scuffed up and don't ever look clean anymore. Tinted would be nice, but I don't want to replace the topper just for that.

    1988 4Runner: Summer Beater

Got a few more things added to my rig. Getting ready for actually taking it off-road, as there is a day trip into the mountains this coming weekend. Needed some satellite radio for tunes in the bushes: Hi-lift jack mounted to the front bumper: Cockpit view: Added a small tray to the tire...
