Here is our review of the Starlink Starmount Systems flat mount. It allows us to have wifi offroad or rolling down the highway everywhere we go.

Cheers, 200's are great rigs. We really love it. So versatile and the prices are coming down into the low 20's making them cheaper than a lot of 80 series. The 5.7L V8 gasoline starts easily as did our diesel 80 series with the XP10, but that's only a straight 6. We've jump started the Ford...

We had a bit of icing in cold areas, but the water inside the truck was always fine and the water outside never fully froze thankfully. We found that keeping the tanks full helped to keep them from getting icy.

I picture a previous owner having a buddy who can chrome anything he can unbolt. On the outside most of the chrome is plastidipped to cover it up. The wiper motor cover, recovery hooks, air inlet, side steps, rear bumper etc. It's a 90's dream machine. :ROFLMAO:

    LC100 Camperback Conversions?

Maltec has converted a few 100 and 105 series. The problem is mostly that you need to ship your truck over and have them do it all. I don't think they're interested in just doing boxes. They want to do a full build if they take on a truck I believe. A few Americans have shipped their trucks over...

That's cool. I started offroading during the tail end of that in the mid 90's. There was still so few people out remote that anytime you met or saw another offroader it was exciting. Times have changed, but much remains the same.

Todd, that's him! Yes, marketed/branded by Harrop for Land Cruiser applications, but the internals are branded Eaton. (I assume they have the exclusive rights to certain LC models) Yep, that's Cookie Monster. After 20 years of meaning to get the car back together he finally sold it to Brent who...

For sure. I think a great way to do it would be to book just one leg at a time and unload with the truck. Once you're content book the next leg of the trip and leave. Or prebook, but give yourself at least a couple days at each stop. We saw some others doing that.

Thanks RJ, Love finding "hidden" gems. We look forward to exploring Canada! Age is all relative. On our trip we felt like the "kids" one day and we were by far the "old timers" in another. Haha! The good part is that Travelers can all relate to each other no matter the age or origin. Cheers and...
