Hi Iain, thanks for the compliments!
The pressure regulators are working alone. We have two pressure regulators because we have installed two charging pumps that are working also alone. If one fail we can use the other pump to charge the water tanks. To summarise, each pump have his dedicated...
Solar power
On top of the roof we have installed six solar panels in order to obtain a lot of free energy.
We have divided the installation in two stacks, one composed by four panels and the other by two.
The truck is high so we have maintained the installation as lower as possible
We use...
The bed is important, we decide to use a standard bed size in order to buy mattress and suspension from IKEA.
For us is also important to have the necessary space on the bed in order to stay comfortably in a sit position
We have also to work a lot on the plumbing. We start the project with the intention to have all the redundancy and all the necessary features:
700 L fresh water
200 L Gray water
100 L Black Water
Toilet with the choice to switch from cassette (chemical) to Black water tank
Black water tank...
We have started to make the interiors of the truck after some months of work on the external cabin.
There is a lot of work to do in order to make the insulation free of thermal bridges.

We solve the problem with an insulation made of Aerogel.
To made the insulation we need to fit the Aerogel panels inside a PVC cover.
Cutting the PVC tubes is a long work but at the end the...
Insulating the container frame
With the frame finished and painted we start to mount the side panels.
The panels are build with Styrofoam and they have 65mm oh thickness.
With the help of a team of friends we start to mount the panels... it's an hard job but fortunately the panels are very...

Hi Enrico,
I know that load the motorcycles inside the truck is for sure a waste of space, but with a 8,5 meters of truck I think that having an additional box on the rear could be a problem.
I would try to put the motorcycles (without the front wheel) behind the bed....
Thanks Enrytre,
I want to load the bikes inside the truck for safety.
When I start the project I was thinking about a removable cell, but after some study my idea was returned to a standard fixed cell.
