Liking that! Also keen to see how you've done the winch - that looks like a neat job.

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Hi - thanks for the info, it looks really neat, I'm a little nervous to cut the roof, but its got to be on the list of jobs to do in the future. Your looks very cool and nicely done.

Wow - loving the draw system Matthew. Thats really nicely done. There is some thought that has gone into that. marcantoine77 - I'm lucky that the GTS came with a rear locker fitted. Where did the light bar come from? It looks like it bolts straight into the T section roof rails. Did you...

I like the front lights, what are they? Did you need to drill holes in the roof? Interesting to note the rear of your 958 (I assume) looks very much more rugged than the carpeted back of my 957. Do you put the rest of your kit on the roof? By the time I've done spare wheel, inflator, jack...

Good to read that you are still doing more with your car, there dont seem to be many of us, and its hard to get info at times. As stuff comes up, I'm sticking my exploits on the Facebook page, just as a record and to share with friends on where we've been. www.facebook.com/CayenneGTSOffroad ...

OK folks, after all your advice, tyres now fitted. I went for BFgoodrich KO2 AT in 265/65/R18. No rubbing, all looks good. Not so sure they will be any good on Sand, but should be more puncture resistant for trails. https://www.facebook.com/Cayennegtsoffroad/posts/857140281108901

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

yep sorry, perhaps should have made my requirements and location a little clearer. The Cayenne, including Air suspension is pretty much the same as the Touareg from what I can work out. I am currently running a 265/60/18s which are fine, no rubbing at all. The Cayenne I think is similar to...

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Yes you are right, I did say all the time. I did mean to say "be able to override on demand". I kind of get what you mean with lift kits and springs and shocks, its not ideal Also agree, that possibly I am going too quickly, that's partly compensation for lack of talent (as well as fun)...

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Yes, I need the extra sidewall height to allow for deflation on sand really. Hence thinking on 265/65/R18. Thanks for the info. Will also check the nitto Terra grappler g2 sizes.

Is it a terrible idea? I'm not sure how. The handling will be poor, I know. But the increase in ride height is very beneficial. The constant raising and loading puts strain on the compressor (I've had it over heat). The compression stroke of the suspension remains available, I am struggling...

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Forgot to add, if only I keep the ride height on the highest setting offroad now, I'd be really happy. I've searched the internet for how to do this, no luck.

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

OK - thats really helpful guys. I think I'll stick to a 265/65R18 then. Which means I can get the BFGs, I cant get the right size for the Grabbers (255/60 seems the closest), although they sound like a better choice on the road. Having had a look at availability here, I can only find one...

where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Hi thanks for both of the above recommendations (very helpful). Actually I not good at rotating the tyres, so I need to do that. It sounds like my short list is quickly becoming BFGs KO2s General Grabber 2 A/Ts The speed rating concern is very interesting, I was figuring I'd need to keep...
