    FJ with Baja Utility Rack

I have (will this weekend) the Baja Utility rack and the OME Heavy springs and Bilstein shocks in the rear. I don't like the RTT opening off the rear because the tailgate would hit the ladder, at least I think so. Maybe someone ha a picture of the RTT opening that way. My gear box doesn't weigh...

    FJ with Baja Utility Rack

I am adding a Baja Utility rack to my FJ this week. I have a RTT. Typically I would mount my RTT towards the front of my OEM rack and use the rear area for a gear box. I see a lot of Baja accessory adds that show the gear (Jerry cans, hi-lift, shovel/axe) mounted on the front of the rack and the...

Went with the luggable loo lid...already have 5-gal bucket. I'll try out a few bags before next trip (Overland Expo East)

So for the 5-gal bucket. Is it necessary to buy specific bags or can I use a kitchen trash bag or even the million grocery shopping bags I have?

How do you get your dog in and out of your RTT?

Used the rug on the hood technique last weekend...worked great. I did have to pick him up to the roof.. .

Sure-Fire Ways to Improve Your Roof Top Tent

I had an issue with the ladder being too short and didn't want to add the extension. So killed 2 birds with one stone. I built myself a "front porch" that I can wipe off my shoes prior to placing them in the shoe hammock.

Sure-Fire Ways to Improve Your Roof Top Tent

I borrowed this great idea from another post in the portal: Made a bunch of these recently and tried them out this past weekend. Worked great. http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/130041-Holes-in-RTT-Floor
