    Anyone boon-docking a Lance 650?

My camper isn’t a Lance, and not sure if this info will be of much help but… I’ve got a 12v Dometic fridge, 340w of solar on the roof and 200ah lithium batteries(AmpreTime). I just picked up my camper a few weeks ago, and since then, while parked in my driveway, I’ve kept the fridge running(on...

    Ryan's 07 Duramax LBZ build

Just the front driver side, I had to notch out an area and chop some excess threads off the two bolts that were 1/2” too long. Passenger side fit normal. Rear tie downs attach to the Buckstop bumper.

2021 Bundutec Roadrunner TC for sale

Beautiful camper! Just picked up my Roadrunner, we love it. It’s neat to see the small differences between the interiors of ours. Good luck with the sale!

    Jack pads...plastic, rubber or wood?

Thanks for the tips! Camper is around 2,800 lbs wet.

Thanks Jack! I'm loving it. Truck handles it great, much better than I anticipated. Shakedown trip back home was 1,500 miles.

    Jack pads...plastic, rubber or wood?

I appreciate the replies fellas! Wood sounds like it might be best for a loose gravel situation. The metal feet seem to be fine on the driveway but I hadn't considered rust.. Think the plywood needs to be 12" squares or could I get away with something smaller?

    Jack pads...plastic, rubber or wood?

I’m looking for recommendations on what to use under the feet of my jacks, for both storage purposes(paved driveway) but also on gravel(certain campgrounds we frequent) if we unload from the truck. I see that Camco makes a plastic version(seems slippery) and a rubber version. I’m also open to...

After a long wait…finally got to drive out to Iowa to pick up my new hardside. Beyond stoked on the camper and how well the truck handled it on the drive home. Lots of adventures await!

Haven't updated in a while... The truck recently got a new AC and rear Buckstop bumper with integrated hitch receiver, spare tire carrier and attachment spots on the end caps for attaching camper tie-downs. Still plan to pick up some Rigid lights for the bumper eventually...

Don’t quote me, but I seem to recall hearing that you can possibly fit a 32” or 33” diameter tire in the stock location if you’re still running the factory diff cover and hitch receiver. My aftermarket Curt XD hitch receiver made the stock 245 spare fit tight. I do plan to upgrade my springs...

That’s a bummer about the cracked wheel! The 285’s in an 18” will not fit in the stock location, its 34.8” diameter won’t allow for it. At least on my standard bed truck, I’m not sure about an 8’ bed. A 285 on a 16” or 17” wheel will have a different total outside diameter so maybe with one of...

On to the next problem to solve…truck camper tie-down receivers. Been looking into the Torklift frame mounted receivers for the Extended Cab version of my truck, and just going off photos it appears my aftermarket fuel tank is going to get in the way by an inch or two on the drivers side. I...
