I've had my DD JT Rubi for 3 weeks now here in Denver. Like it a lot, but it draws attention- even from the PO. Seems everyone whos ever had a Wrangler wants to see it and everyone wants to talk to you about it- except the guy with the new JL whom you happened to park near at the local grocery...
Wonderful build! Love the design and build and great job documenting this process. I'm checking out the Kalori Electrik for my build- nice find! Thanks. Seems there are very few smaller (BTU-wise), rugged A/C options out there in 12v. Residential mini-splits just aren't made for the road...
I'll Bet! it NEVER looks that scary from a pic..... ask any climber/skier/moto guy about their pics. That looks ridiculously close to catastrophic, glad your family was ok and the rig survived. Love little guys "nest" view, spectacular window arrangement.

Thanks! It shows "unavailable" now on Amazon but I'll look around. Be nice to keep the Mag Chloride off of the bikes when driving up and over the hills here in CO. That stuff is nasty

huntercrose- Custom build, truck mounted on a Chevy 3500 Chassis. Lead time has been a bit long, but thats my own fault. I was non committal, bouncing between trailers then between trailer and truck build. Ha, really I changed several times. At this point I'm locked in, which is good...
huntercrose as ericvs mentioned, VMI makes a great off road trailer. I have traveled (from Denver) to their facility a few times and have crawled all over 6 or 7 different builds. They are very well built and can probably meet your weight limit requirement. I'm not affiliated with them other...
Decked-
It's fresh from the dealers lot, see pictures below. No mods whatsoever just a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 daily driver. I am building an overland rig based on a 2007 Chevy CC, but alas- that one will have no bed. -Regards Bryan
