Wow sorry I missed this! Haha the chrome makes me laugh. Sometime I ask myself why it's still on the truck but then I realize that it makes it different than everyone elses build, so therefore I like it more.... plus the 80s/90s cool factor is hard to beat. Thanks for noticing ;)
I need to...
Awesome report! Loving the images. We have some amazing terrain up here in Canada but it's so drastically different than this. Can't wait to get down there one day.
Is this a guided paid trip or some kind of a forum or club gathering?
Cheers
Thanks for checking it out!
You got it. The seat bottom removal will create a ton of space. You will probably still have to slide the seat foreward though but there should be plenty of room!
I don't know how much I could save at this point unless you had a full aluminum structure created...
I've built a couple storage solutions now (the OG Dirt Duster, my 80-Series, the Tundra, and I had one being built for the 4th Gen) and this is definitely a cumulation of what I've learnt.

Did some scouting for our upcomign Colossal trip. A quick, funny little edit to get people stoked!
... and a cool drone highlight reel (not wheeling) from this summer.

I've seen a few people on IG running a 35x11.5R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler. I don't think its out yet but I would expect it to be fairly soon. Great size for Toyotas who wanna run 35's.
Thank you! Glad there is some useful information in here. I've slacked pretty hard on this build thread and left out a lot of details. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you need any more info.
