Just got back from a seven-day, 2,000 mile trip from Arizona through New Mexico to Texas and Big Bend National Park. The Camp-X was flawless despite surviving a severe thunderstorm with hail, very strong winds, and five hours of rain.

I might not be of much help to you if you have to produce 250 units. I would only need 2-4 of them. I'm hopeful you'll get a lot of interest from forum members.
Those Molle nuts look pretty handy but I cannot find any that will fit the Camp-X Molle panel. Have you contacted your installer or OEV to see if the Molle panel manufacturer also makes Molle nuts to fit?
