Unknown mileage on the current 22re. We have put about 16,000 miles on it with no issues. Has passed 4 emissions with great numbers each time. Runs strong and has more power than my 1987 4Runner that has similar miles on the original 22re. Unknown history of the timing chain. It runs quiet.
