Interior height is 80” at the door and a few more than that on the inside area. My final design with insulation in floor and ceiling left a full width standing height of 6’4”

Wheelbase is 156” compared to the 138” of the extended cargo van. It’s the same overall vehicle length just with less overhang behind the rear axle. I went with the longer wheelbase because I regularly drag hitch on the extended long wheelbase transit that I drive daily.

@jaho , Yes the van is still available. The box floor is 1-1/8" marine plywood with undercoating so it is very robust. the floor is supported by steel full width crossmembers which is what I would recommend that for attaching a seatbelt mount.
I bought this vehicle for my dream build out. It is spec'd with all the nice cab and drivability features. Audio upgrade, adaptive cruise, etc. Engine is the 3.5 NA with 10 speed transmission.
