    Better sleeping pads and mats?

NEMO equipment -roamer. I replaced the mattress in my outfitter with two of them. ( They now make one that is a queen size, ish) Not on the budget side, but pretty great. Just be sure to open the valve prior to elevation changes. https://www.nemoequipment.com/products/roamer

I just got the same email. Bummer, they were not my thing. But built a good product, & the guys in Bend were super cool.

I have had the chance to be inside a few dams in my day. Feeling the water behind it, is something else. If you find yourself in the Gorge. Between Oregon and Washington, the Bonneville Dam lets you tour the power house, and its pretty cool. Both the Oregon and Washington side are worth...

    My Journey

Its hard with open range. Its mum could have lost it, or could be just on the other side of a hill. We grew up on Open range and made every effort possible to collect all critters when it was time, and keep an eye on things. It’s a lot of land though. And its hard to know who is leasing what land.

Yetti’s Pacific North West Exploration & Expeditions Picture heavy

Thanks! I appreciate that. And its always good to hear. I have gleaned a lot of info from this platform since its inception, and returning the favor is nice. I am slowly trying to go back through and edit stuff, as I kind of put it all up fast. And did not always take time to double check...

ITTOG's Truck Camper Build (was 6' x 12' Trailer Conversion)

It seems like even the mfgrd ones, when they are up its always a little sketchy. The electric ones on the Outfitter are nice, as I can do it all at once so it seems to lesson that. Or at least that’s what I tell myself. Versus the drill and raising each side a few inches at a time.

    Starlink, Google Maps, Southern Africa

    * Noteworthy, some countries will consider it " military hardware" including Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Senegal, and Mali. https://www.techinafrica.com/starlink-terminates-service-for-south-african-users/...

Photos of mid-sized vehicles - Post Here

Yeah I have seen those. At that point A 10x10 with sides also works quite well. I meant something that was just the tailgate to the top of the canopy. Would just be a fabric/waxed canvas. Good suggestion though.

Hope Over Land and Sea: 8000 miles, 9 weeks, NC to Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Badlands and more in 2023.

Thank you for the reply and how it changed based on your experience and use case! I would bet others would find value in your experience with it in this use case. Which many also do.

I struggle as well when places are crowded. When its “my time” that’s not where I want to be. You should start a tread, mine are as much a record/resource for myself as others seem to find them. I thought there would be a (small) market, if someone made a back for these topers. * edit, that...
