    Keeping it simple

I went jeep. Both have an insane aftermarket. But I want to reach a little further so I am building it to be able to do some serious crawling to get to places a little more off the beat'n path if you would.

    Vibration over 60mph / K02's anyone?

BFG's have notorious issues throughout a variety of platforms. I prefer Yokohama at/s. I have ran them for years and never had a single failure. 5 sets of 37's on a Baja bound Dodge diesel and two sets on VW Touaregs. I don't understand the big popularity.

Going domestic, project vanilla aka the family tankster, 2004 Suburban 2500

    Ram 2500 5.9L Cummins Feedback

The 03+ Dodge HD is the best platform. Hydro formed frame, solid front axle, awesome diesel motor, reliability. A couple quick fixes of the front end steering and suspension and you are rockin out. The dodge diesel is as capable of an expo rig as it gets, size is your only concern. My truck is...

    2014 ram 2500 build

As I mentioned on Cummins forum, you are going love it. I hear so often on here that they do not need x, y and z in regards to suspension. The only thing I would have recommended to change is your bead lock ring, they are great on slow speed crawling but out in the desert they can cause some...

    2012 Power Wagon Build Thread

Diesel without question. Torque, reliability and better fuel mileage then a Hemi.
