I never wired up the fogs as I've got some Baja Squadrons I'm going to try to mount in there. I just used the existing signal wires (cut off the OEM connectors) and wired to the Ironman signals. I did add some of those orange inline resistors to correct the hyper flash. Amazon, Walmart or any...
I posted in another thread, but figured this is a more relevant spot. Here is the Premium bar installed on my 2019. Slight differences to the one that xplorr posted with thicker headlight hoops and slightly different lines. Let me know if you have any specific questions...install wasn't too...

Thanks...it has been a southern truck for all of those years. There is surface rust on the frame rails, but nothing major. The roof has a bit of faded paint and the notorious Expedition rust starting to form where water pools in the tracks. I'll probably sand that off and then do something...

Nothing super exciting, but it has been in the family since brand new. Coming from a well-built Grand Cherokee that saw monthly trips to Tellico and other east coast destinations, this is a bit more tame and was passed down from my dad. We now mainly use it as a weekend family camping vehicle...
Thanks, I actually remember your build from the Z71T-S forum when I was thinking of doing this, but couldn't remember the exact details. (I was bmrisko over there...)
Welding/fabbing brackets isn't a problem, I just don't feel like building a complete bumper from scratch mainly due to time...
Unfortunately, ARB only makes bull bars for F-250s and Excursion, not the 1/2 ton Ford varieties. Has anyone used a bull bar for another vehicle and fabbed up mounts to work? The Gen 1 Expeditions are around 78.6" wide. Looking at vehicle specs and body lines, the Nissan Titan bull bar may be...
