If/When I go Toyota it will all be home built parts. I'm back at the drawing board of starting a small Offroad/Overland directed fab shop. Only time will tell though..
Been reading A-LOT the last few days. My build will as most go in a few stages.
Stage 1 - will be a set of V8 axles with Vari-loks and 3.73 gears. That set up will be on 4.5" short arms. Of which I have about 90% the parts. And will be on 265/75r16s.
After this I'll be doing bumpers, sliders...
So I've had a bad year for Jeeps.
October 13th 2019 - My was was in a wreck that totaled out our JKR
October 13th 2020 - The ZJ that we bought to build (bought Nov 2019) cracked the block in 3 places and broke the uni-rail at the fire wall inside

It's sad and funny. I looked for a WJ back in 2011 but bought a ZJ (Sank it) than again in 2019 I looked for a WJ and bought this one that just died. Now fast forward 12 months. Looked and found a WJ both 2 miles from home, and relatively clean along with affordable. I'll be doing a build up on...

Well, only update is a Bad update.
ZJ is dead, dead, dead.
Cracked the block in 3 places and broke the passenger side frame rail.. :((((
She's being parted out. Some parts to mu buddy, some to my Son's ZJ and some going on my next build a '04 WJ...
Well been busy.. Installed my 3.5" IRO lift so far love ride but needs shorter front shocks. Got my new head lights in and my 5.9er grill. Replaced the rockers and prepping for paint..
