Hi Donny, sorry I did not answer earlier, lots of dirt driving but nothing extreme when it comes to spending the night it depends where you are when the sun goes down we do about half and half, camping and hotels. Exit at Mexicali and enter at San Ysidro (we are in San Diego). Fell free to contact me if you ever want company and interpreter I am Mexican from Baja.

Can ask about your driving conditions? Hard terrian or mostly dirt roads and washes? any harder 4x4ing? Sleeping. Did you camp or stay in hotels? Where did you exit US and then enter US?
Wife and I live in Phoenix and are dying to make this trip one of these years!
