    My new/old bike

Congratulations! great bike! I bought my first GS in 89 and rode it full time for 11 years. All across the US, Canada, Alaska, Baja, mainland Mexico, absolutely loved it. Biggest mistake I ever made was selling it. After many years of searching I found one and I use it as a time machine to...

San Diego county CCW 9th Circuit Decision

Yes, Thousand Oaks is in Ventura County. VCSD charged 205$ and then there is the 16 hour training, which varies greatly. I seen courses as much as a grand. The local range has a weekend course for 300$. I went with a private trainer that charges 200$ with a 25$ CalGuns.net discount. Plus ammo...

San Diego county CCW 9th Circuit Decision

Ventura county Ventura County is now accepting "self defense" as a reason to issue CCW. Got mine a few months ago. Very easy and straight forward. Fill out application, live scan finger printing, background check, application review, 16 hours training, done, card issued.

Yes! I have been completely obsessed with this rig since i for saw it in Overland Journal, last week. Even went so far as pricing out 2012 jk rubies just to get an idea of what I'm in for. I really like the e camper and placing the concept on a JK seems brilliant. Cant wait to hear more from...

2011 HD pickup shootout: GMC wins

personal preference I really like all three of these trucks, and am certain all 3 would carry my camper and take my family camping with similar aplomb. I test drove all three and was impressed universally. I went with ford for three reason: solid front axle, rear e-locker, and this my not...

    Chinook Baja 4x4

Uh-Oh better get Maaco I'm shocked that the paint and color are getting the lion share of the posts! Ok, I guess deviation from expedition white or desert tan will not be tolerated. I think price is a much bigger issue for most of us. That is a serious amount of dosh but considering: original...

    Chinook Baja 4x4

True...but I couldn't agree more, 10,000 Dollar flashy paint-jobs make as much sense to me as non-alcoholic beer and 2wd SUVs, but to each their own. That's why baskin Robbins has 31 flavors, right?

Saw this on Craigslist, not mine or related in any way. I remember thinking these were pretty neat back when they were still making them. Thought someone on here would dig it. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/rvs/2258698193.html

Danger! What ever you do, do NOT go to this company's website! If you do, you will be infected with an irresistible virus, to buy a Subaru engined VW! Truly awesome conversions! Now, if I can only get my Wife to catch this same virus.

PICS of your bike on your vehicle

Trailers are nice, but... Trailers have their place certainly, but for my needs the hitch hauler just makes more sense. Even with the camper, supplies and my wife's TW200, our 2011 F350 seems to not even notice the weight. It rides better then when empty and is no where near resting on it's...
