I have the same camper and talked to VO about it when I got it installed. 6ft fits all 6ft midsize trucks pretty much. Tacoma 1st 2nd and 3rd gen. Colorado, ranger, etc. Nissan frontier is one of the trickier ones but we got it to fit with a little finagling. Pretty much the only thing that...
Yes it will. I believe the 1st and 3rd gens use the same trim piece on the tailgate and the 2nd gen needs a different one but you can confirm that and get the piece from Vagabond if needed. I bought my Drifter off a 1st gen and put it on a Nissan frontier. It’s a standard 6ft bed and will fit...
Yeah I have the same set up. Can confirm not a rock crawler, turn radius isn’t great but lots of space, better for camping than the 5ft bed. Also a much smoother ride on washboard and pavement due to the longer wheel base.
got the Simarine Pico and heater installed. The pico has an inclinometer, battery monitor(s), temperature sensors, and tank levels. It is pretty slick. I just need to go through and configure everything.
I have the same truck, similar build with a Vagabond Drifter camper. Curious if you have any interior photos and how you mounted your Propex? Also, if you want to part with that separately, let me know! I’m down in Seattle.
Good luck with the sale, it’s a nice truck and camper!
Hefty Fabworks (they often have 10% off)
And ASFIR 4x4 for the gas skid
I highly recommend the asfir due to the cost and quality. I probably would have gone all ASFIR but hefty is the only brand that makes a transfer case skid compatible for the long bed crew cabs
Not at all really. I see the precleaner a little bit from the drivers seat but had I left the normal head on there, I probably wouldn't see it at all. The actual body of the snorkel is right behind the A pillar.
Finally gathered the strength to drill a 4" hole in the fender! This thing has been sitting in my garage for almost a year. Added a Snorkel Upgrade precleaner and we are all set!
