$200 for Gen 3 $100 for other wheels tires. Should fit most vehicles with 6x5.5 pattern. $50 for Gen 1.

OEM are +46 offset so about 5.5" backspace on 7" wide rim. No generic steelies will fit. They wont clear caliper bracket. Many many moons ago I've tried to fit 16" steelies/alloys from my Gen 2 to my Gen 3. Doesn't work. Your best bet is stock wheels.

Not much will fit. Generic 16" wont either. I've got set of 2002 20th anniversary wheels if interested.
