Shackle through the hitch for recovery?

This is what I have, you could hang my Xterra off this thing, it's all you need for rear recovery.

Coolers and Packing Them for Travel.

I have the Coleman, I use frozen water bottles in it along with ice. The more bottles you can use the better. I've been out for 4 days and the bottles are still frozen and food in perfect condition.

Any recommendations for a offline off road mapping system app for the iPad mini?

Motion X or Gaia, I use both. I couldn't recommend one over the other, they are both excellent. Buy both and try them.

    Gaia vs MotionX?

Navigation for Rig? IOS, Droid, or Windows 8

I use an iPad Mini in a universal tablet mount attached to the windshield with GPS Motion X Drive for street navigation and GPS Motion X for cross country. When I'm playing in the National Forests in Missouri I use Gaia GPS because that has the Forest Service MVUM maps available to download...

I think this may be my first post in this forum. I bought A 2000 extended cab 3.0 4x4 Ranger in 2003. For the next 10 years it was my daily driver, primitive camping vehicle, hunting truck and tow vehicle for the occasional broken down car and motorcycle. It never let me down and required very...
