    Issues with Inka Outdoors

Pathfinder 7, since you asked, I’ll chime in, as my experience with InkaOutdoor has been nothing but outstanding. I got in on the “ground floor” so to speak, with a trailer delivery in late summer of ’16, so its possible I may have gotten in before the flood of orders, but my deliver estimate...

Tear drop (Moby) vs Expedition (Turtleback/Patriot)

That's a decision I struggled with as well. My original thought was an expedition type trailer would be able to go farther into more difficult trails, be lighter, cheaper, and overall more robust. What I've found is what I thought I needed, and what I actually end up doing were two different...

Just came across this. Interesting and the price seems fair: https://www.caravancampingsales.com.au/editorial/details/unimog-kruiser-coming-59640/

    Inka Outdoor Trailers

raiden1612 For curtains (when needed which is rare) I clamp our camp towels to the door struts with 2 small steel "close pins". Most everything in the kitchen and cabin stay in place pretty well even on the roughest of roads. The suspension really keeps the trailer planted and the bouncing to...

    Inka Outdoor Trailers

After a year of ownership, I’m still super happy with my purchase. 40 nights spent over the course of the year, in AZ, CA, NM, UT, and CO. From the deserts of AZ to nearly 13,000 feet above Ouray, no major issues. Looking forward to many more and would do it again in a heartbeat!

BRX1, Moby XTR or Inka Venture

Good point Phxdsrtrat! You can level side to side, and even front to back (to some extent) super quick. Like you, I didn't realize how nice a feature this is until our first trip. Very rarely do we find a spot perfectly level. I generally don't travel with the included trailer jacks...

BRX1, Moby XTR or Inka Venture

I'll give my input: My wife and I chose the Inka Venture, and we are approaching the 1 year mark (delivered Sept 2016). After looking at all the options, going to Overland Expo the past 2 years, and owning our Inka for nearly a year, I'm still happy with our decision. The quality is top...

Air bags for expo trailer suspension?

Do it! My Inka trailer has independent air bag A-Arm suspension. It has the ability to adjust compression to compensate for varying loads, adjust left to right bias, and then level at camp while connected to the tow vehicle (left/right and front/back).

@profbrightside I have a 2014 Rubicon with 4:10 gears, and stock 32" tires. Towing is probably what you'd expect with 1700 lbs behind you. It tracks really well, and doesn't feel like its pushing the Jeep around. It corners great! Tongue weight is perfect balance of keeping the trailer...

    Inka Outdoor Trailers

Susan, sorry I missed your post. Better late than never I guess: 1. Only disadvantage is closing them with shoes off and getting in a night. If you have long arms like me its not an issue. I think a small loop of rope would solve this. Pretty small issue however. And the shelter it...

    Inks outdoor OHV Venture teardrop???

So far so good. I've been all over AZ (Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Payson, etc), and into Cali at Yosemite and Sequoia NF and everything has performed flawless. What would I do differently...not sure. To date, we haven't used the AC/Heat and generator that much. But we haven't gone...

    Inks outdoor OHV Venture teardrop???

That's a great question, and difficult to answer. One man's "pushing it to the limits" is another mans freeway. I have the InkaOutdoor Venture OHV. I haven't been on anything I'd call extreme, but have done a lot of very rough fire road, that included some 12-15" ledges without issue. Just...

    Inka Outdoor Trailers

RonLeb - yes, it has a ProPex Whale hot water heater and external shower hose. Another option is to have the sink double as a shower head, with a combo unit for the sink and shower duties. JJMAC - The seals are really good on these. It takes a pretty good wack to get the doors to close all...
