Beach day at Amelia Island
Would like to introduce our newest family member Ace Makua Hugglepups, he's 6 months old and just the kindest and most loving pup.
Nothing new with the Landcruiser or family vehicle dependent adventures to post... still daily driving and always cruising. :)...
The east coast has been fine... we really miss the west coast and are ready to move back. No camping or vehicle dependent adventures yet... Mostly a lot of beach days and day hikes. Still would like to meet up for something one day.
Thank you... We look back and are just so thankful to have...
Since the add is here in Florida I spoke with the guy and he said that the LC is from England and is registered and titled in Florida. Said its a diesel and that its spoken for with a deposit. Sounds as if he moved state side and registered it in Florida, but who knows with out actually seeing...
Rusty, I would consider a 4 door Tacoma trd prerunner. I had a 2004 trd pre runner and a 2009 trd 4wd and both were 4 door for the family. In all reality 4wd won't really be necessary, a trd off-road has the rear locking diff and will be more than fine for island use. Land Rover parts and...
I'm wondering with the custom mounts if that changed the dimensions any? If so I would continue to readjust the holes to fit the length, even if it ment shortening the arms a bit. Also have you tried soaking the awning down with water to the point it is saturated and then attaching it to the...
1Goat thanks for the comp... The Eezi-Awn RTT was an amazing tent that we miss very so. We will more than likely continue with ground tents until we find a suitable RTT replacement, one that stows a bit faster and with more ease. Hurricane with 100 mph winds :Wow1: That is testament to EA's...
Out of curiosity how many miles do you have on the clock and what are your plans engine wise? I've got around 215k with as far as I know the original head gasket. Leaning towards a complete engine rebuild around 250k or 4 years if all goes well. I've contemplated a V8 or diesel upgrade, but...
This is a great father and son connection with your 80 series build. I only hope that when my boys get older, that my boys share my enthusiasm and passion with the LC and the outdoors, as you have with your cruiser along with your own adventures. Really dig the color BTW. Awesome build!
