Matthewp's MuTTT (Multiple Terrain Tactical Teardrop).

Hey there, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I will take pics of what I did when I get home, then post them here.

    That's just immoral, right there!

Do you feel the need to have a weapon when camping

Pretty sure there are a heck of a lot more "assault rifles" in NY than were registered. Maybe your theory of complicity may be flawed... http://m.timesunion.com/news/article/New-York-SAFE-Act-gun-registration-numbers-are-6343080.php

    Propane carrier options?

I don't own a fine vehicle like yours, but I could offer some info for tank mounting, as I use the same size tank on my trailer. I have found a food mount through Amazon...

    Need help with fridge/cooler concerns.

I see your point about not mentioning the electrical issue. I learned in my build that it can add a considerable amount to the "realistic" price-tag of the fridge. I am using a roughly 65qt marine fridge/freezer. That does great for my wife and I for a three or four day campout. I use my...

    Need help with fridge/cooler concerns.

The majority of people using fridges will have the issue of ice availability for cooling purposes. With a fridge, you don't need to worry about finding ice to keep your food et. al. cold. That is a good thing when you are in the middle of nowhere (IE: Out west in the Canyonlands area) and...

Matthewp's MuTTT (Multiple Terrain Tactical Teardrop).

That is my plan. The rail is 2" X 2" 1/8" thick box. With 1/4" bolts, I don't think that the stops will go anywhere.

Matthewp's MuTTT (Multiple Terrain Tactical Teardrop).

On my design, the leaf springs fall directly under the frame rail. I've bought some similar to the ones below, so I will locate the bump stop directly over the spring plate on the axle, then drill and mount some nutzerts for the bump stops.

Matthewp's MuTTT (Multiple Terrain Tactical Teardrop).

Thank you guys! . Andrew, what I learned from my leaf spring failure is that you MUST calculate the distance from when the leaf spring is flat to the frame. The reason my leaf spring snapped is that it over-extended 3 1/2!" If I had bump-stops, it would have saved that. I will have that...

    complete teardrop camper

I agree. My trailer is on the large side of teardrops and I don't have room for a bathroom, unless I put privacy curtains around the sides of my awning.
