    I found a company in Thailand sells LHD 70 series. Doesnt make any sense since it's RHD in Thailand. http://www.pomtco.com/automotive/toyota_LC70_pickup.php Looks like it's for export. Either way, doesnt look like we will be able to get a new 70 in the states any time soon.
