    BFG KM3's or.....

I personally am running 265/70R17 TreadWright Mt Claws. They have performed excellent for me. Right now they have 65,000+ miles on them and are still wearing very even. They perform great on the highway, in rain, sleet, snow and mud. I will be buying another set again when these are done. Sent...

Show us your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ

I have a 2000 WJ 4.7 with 180,000 miles on it. It has spent the last 10 years with 5.5" lift and 33's. Grocery getter during the week and a weekend warrior just about every weekend. It has been Very reliable to me. Sent from my WJ

How do you secure your trailer at home?

I can break just about any lock with 2 open face wrenches in +/- 5 seconds. You're wasting your money with the chain through the wheel. Your "safety" chains are my best friends for a quick hookup and go! What I do with my safety chains is, use a quick link for each chain at the trailer end...

aux lights and daytime running lights

This what I used for turning on my aux light. Cost me $18. My light bar already came with a relay and fuses. Just throwing another option at ya. Sent from my WJ

    Installing Full Pass-Through Complexity?

I haven't done a camper cut but years ago I helped cut the cab and front bed of a Nissan Hardbody to install a competition stereo in the bed. The cutting was the easy part. Finding a seal between the cab and bed was the hardest part. We pulled out the rear window and cut straight down from...

aux lights and daytime running lights

I'm not sure about DRL's but I wired my light bar into a constant 12v. Instead of running wires through the engine bay, I turn the light bar on/off with a key fob. I can turn the light on from 25ft away and 35ft if I hold the remote to my head. Sent from my WJ

    Please Check My Wiring Diagram

This my setup. I've been using this setup for 3 years now. My inverter has a remote on/off with output and battery level switch/controller. It uses an Ethernet cable from the inverter to the remote/switch. Your scetch looks like my setup. I'm very pleased with mine. Sent from my WJ

    Please Check My Wiring Diagram

Yes. I would directly connect the inverter to the batteries. There will be too much of a load on the charge controller. That's how I have my setup. I used the output on the charge controller to run led lights and a 12v fan. Sent from my WJ

    [Structural] Water tank frame

You're going to want to keep your fresh water tank close to your axle. The farther back you go, the more chance of your trailer "fish tailing" you will get. Remember, 50 gal of water weighs 417 pounds. Take that into consideration when choosing your steel. Let's say you and the Mrs weigh 200...

    truck bed sheet metal strength?

There is no structure support on a bedside skin to hold any kind of weight. Push on the side of your bed. It will pop in no problem but pop right back out. No support. You could cut your bedside off and weld in a support but that would be a lot of work for just a step. Woody2 probably has the...
