Canadian made Savage MKII. I have the heavy barrel version and a friend has the regular one. Both are cheap and shoot great. I also have a Mossberg 500 with the two barrels. You could pick up both of those for less than half your budget. Then you can buy more firearms with the leftover money...

Put a lokka in the front while you have the diff out, they are cheap and easy.

I have a few of theses. For what they are they are great. Maybe they aren't heavy duty but they are strong enough to organize your stuff. The latches for the lid work well and they are easy to tie down. They aren't air tight though so you might have to find a solution to seal them for dusty...
